SHIPPING POLICY

Standard shipping typically takes 7-10 days to be received but excludes weekends and holidays. Standard ground shipping is the preferred choice for if you've had time to plan. However, if its a last minute shopping be sure to select the shipping service that best meets your needs. If you require U.S. priority shipping please be certain to select the appropriate method of shipment upon checkout. We do our best to accommodate expedited shipping. Please understand that we simply cannot guarantee expedited shipping services as U.S. Priority Mail does not guarantee but states that it takes an average of 4 days service to within continental United States, Alaska and Hawaii require additional time. Please keep in mind that our shipping current off is 2 pm each day. Orders placed on Friday's will be shipped the following Monday or Tuesday. Please keep in mind that we can get extremely busy during the weeks leading up to a major holiday. Express orders placed on Sundays through Thursday will arrive in 1-3 provided it is not a special order item and is currently in stock. If you need an item overnight we can accomodate limited situations with a 3 day Express Mail.  Please note that certain rural area may require an additional day due to location, road conditions, etc.  It is important to keep in mind that credit card companies generally take anywhere from 24-48 hours to transfer funds on your behalf to Little Miss Princess; with this in mind, it is important to understand that Little Miss Princess simply cannot ship orders where payment has not been rendered.

EXCHANGE, CREDIT, AND RETURN POLICY

Sale items are considered final. ONLY merchandise, other than sale items can be exchanged or issued an in store credit to be used at Miss Little Princess, however, a 20% restocking fee will be charged. Please note that size charts are provided on-line for your viewing to provide assistance in determining appropriate sizes. Little Miss Princess does not refund or credit shipping charges, as shipping and handling is a service already rendered and not refunded by the United States Postal Service, FedEx, UPS, etc.

For all issues related to exchanges and credit authorizations please email customer support at support@littlemissprincess.com for an exchange authorization number; you must contact customer service within 24 hours of receipt of your order with your request. Exchanges must be received by Little Miss Princess within 7 days of your acceptance of receipt. This policy is in effect simply because there are those who wear formals for a specific event and then attempt to return their used items. With this in mind, please understand that Special Occasion, Special Order items cannot be returned wear must not show any signs of wear. Little Miss Princess does not sell merchandise that has been used or worn. As such, in order to insure that items are unworn, all exchanges must have the original manufacturers tags and only as received, the items must be unwashed, and returned in original packaging including the original box. Little Miss Princess does not accept dresses or other items sent back using flimsy packaging or too small of a box. All exchanges must have a EMA, (EXCHANGE Merchandise Authorization Number) before any packages will be accepted by Little Miss Princess. Packages shipped without an EMA posted clearly on the outside of the package will be refused by Little Miss Princess. Little Miss Princess does not take responsibility for any exchange that does not have our signature confirming our receipt.

You may cancel an order and not be charged a service fees only if the order has not left our premises. However, once we have paid for the delivery and have provided the time and money in preparing your order, that is a service that has been rendered.

Holiday goods are final sale items. Sales Promotion Codes - There are no refunds, no exchanges, no in store credits or returns on orders where sales promotional codes are redeemed for a free dress offer. *Special Order items are non-refundable and can not be exchanged. All refused shipments will be subject to all shipping and material costs and a service charge of 25% from the original order total.
