Shipping
Orders are generally sent out within 5 business days. In many cases you will receive your order within a week; please remember not to include holidays or weekends. If you require U.S. priority shipping, please be certain to select the appropriate method of shipment upon checkout. We do our best to accommodate expedited shipping. However, all requests must be made within reason and responsibly. Please understand that we simply cannot guarantee expedited shipping services, as U.S. priority mail does not guarantee but states an average of 2 day service.
Returns-Special Occasion Dresses
Due to the nature of our merchandise, Little Miss Princess will process returns only under certain conditions. We thank you for your business and accommodate our clients to the best of our ability provided that some simple policies are followed:
- You must contact us within 24 hours of receipt of your order with your request. If order is received on a Friday or Saturday there are no returns or exchanges. If the request is authorized, the order must be received by Little Miss Princess within 5 days of your receipt. Why? This is simply because there many people who wear formals for their weekend events and want a refund or exchange for a worn, used and definitely no resale value dress. Moreover, if their refund ideas don't workout; they then attempt an exchange for another model altogether in hopes of wearing a nice dress for another event or picture day. With this in mind, please understand that Special Occasion wear must not show any signs of wear. We will not sell merchandise that has been worn and as such, we do insure that items are unworn, tagged only as received, are unwashed, and returned in original packaging.
- All returns must have a RMA, Return Merchandise Authorization Number. Before any packages will be accepted by Little Miss Princess there must be a RMA. Packages received without an RMA posted clearly on the outside of the package will be refused. We will not take responsiblity for any returns that do not have our signature confirming our receipt.
- All refused orders will be subject to a restocking fee. Shipping charges are not refundable. You can cancel an order and not be charged any service fees only if the order has not left our premises. However, once we have paid for the delivery and have provided the time and money in preparing your order, that is a service that has been rendered. Shipping and handling are not refundable under any circumstances as we are simply not refunded any monies from the post office or fedex. Refused orders are subject to additional shipping charges to cover the cost of returning the products to Little Miss Princess.
- Sale items are considered final. Holiday items are also considered final.
- Merchandise, other than sale items, can be exchanged or returned for an in-store credit* (see below) to be used at Miss Little Princess. Size charts are provided online for your viewing. We do not refund original shipping.
- Sales Promotion Codes- There are no refunds or returns on orders where sales promotional codes are redeemed for a free dress offer
- Special Order items are not refundable and will not be exchanged.
*This will be calculated at the original purchase price minus a 15% restocking fee.
